How long have you been doing hypnosis professionally?
I’ve done guided meditations (think group hypnosis) for almost 10 years. I’ve been doing hypnosis over the phone for a little over a year, in person for a little over 3 years.

What intrigued you to get started in the first place?

What kind of advice can you give people who have difficulty "going under"?
Sometimes it can be difficult to let go. Not just let go and go into trance, but also to let go of expectations of what ‘trancing’ will be like. Those expectations can keep them from simply relaxing into trance. Finding someone you trust and that you feel you have chemistry with can also be a HUGE part of the ability to ‘go under.’

What length of call time do you recommend for a live phone session?
An initial trance induction is generally 20 – 30 minutes. A live phone hypnosis session can last anywhere from 10 minutes to 3 hours… depending on the person and WHAT I want to do to their mind. *smiles*

Which recording (if any) do you recommend new callers listen to first?
I recommend a live session first for complete induction. I have been working on a recorded initial induction for those who are too timid to call live. I have found, though, that I generally have much better results with a live call for the first trance.
